Sunday Streets on Valencia Street, looking north between 19th Street and 20th Street - 2012
About This Item
This was the first year of the Sunday Streets program, a new event in parts of San Francisco where neighborhoods choose a main road to be closed to automobiles. These events have been a big success and are open to everyone in the city. Unlike a street fair where vendors are pre-chosen and must pay a fee, anyone is welcome to offer products, services, entertainment, or classes.
