About This Item

Completed in 1910, with twenty-six apartment units, but like many other apartment buildings in the neighborhood there is no Apt. #13. In 1976, Wells Fargo Bank was the main ground-floor tenant. By 1986, the bank was gone, replaced by a grocer-deli called La Baie Market. In 1988 this was Casa Lucas. Beyond the corner building is a union building followed by a vacant lot.
