970 Valencia Street - 2012
About This Item
Compare to previous slide from 1988; there is now a much brighter color scheme and the security grills are gone. Lot 7 is a high-end sustainable seafood restaurant. The significance of the name is that it is on Lot 7, Block 3600 in property tax records; there are also seven seas, seven continents, and seven signature wines at the restaurant. By April 2013, it appears to have closed.
