West from 20th Street and San Bruno Avenue - 1978

Highway 101 is at the bottom of the slide and the street on the left going up the hill is 20th Street. Near the upper center of the slide is a slim brick tower which marks the corner of 19th Street and Shotwell Street. On the horizon is Twin Peaks on the left, then Sutro Tower, then the forested Mt. Sutro, and then the residential bump of Mt. Olympus. To its right is the treeless Corona Heights. Next is the forested Buena Vista Park with St. Joseph's Hospital outlined against the trees. The double gabled gray building at the very center is on 19th Street between Harrison Street and Alabama Street.
