About this collection

The Cross Papers are a series of annual papers that address key innovations and issues in the community college learning environment.  The papers were penned by Dr. Cross following her appointment as a Senior League Fellow of the League for Innovation in the Community College.  They discuss topics pertaining to education in the community college classroom, expansion of potential for learning, and new learning and teaching techniques.  The solutions, strategies, and procedures discussed by Cross are intended for all types of educators to implement within the classroom.  The papers were distributed through the League for Innovation’s Learning Initiative to thousands of community college educators and administrators from 1997-2003.
