Audio recording of the 1998 American Association for Higher Education National Conference on Higher Education speech by K. Patrcia Cross.  The audio consists of an introduction speech given by Russ Edgerton in which he discusses new issues in higher education such as the "new student" with previously unsuccessful experiences in traditional education as well as learning techniques.  Edgerton also introduces educator K.
