Trisha Low reads, in seamless succession, her works "My Name," "You guys it's hunting season," "Trisha Low lay in her white bed," "Oh my gosh do you guys love that we're sharing right now," and "I think I'm entering the final stage" from Volume III of The Compleat Purge, following with "The Last Will & Testament of Trisha Low," "Article I, Preliminary Declarations," "Article II," and "General Provisions" from the first section of the book. She concludes by singing Sheryl Crow's "If It Makes You Happy."

Elaine Kahn reads "By the Time I Arrived," "Against Nature," "Linen," "Attachment Theory," "Kenneth Anger," "Riviera Girls," "I Thought About It So It Must Have Happened," "imp imp," "Autumn," "Frances Bacon," "Watching It Happen," and "Sixty-five Percent of What I Throw Away is Compost" from manuscript and from her book Women in Public.

Low discusses her intentional interruptions of her performance. Low and Kahn discuss their pacing, rhythm, and the inspiration for their work. The poets discuss gender as performance and how music weaves into their poetry. They discuss the concept of reliving emotions in public when performing and their mutual connection to punk rock.
