KPIX-TV special report from 1955 featuring the 5th Model United Nations hosted by San Francisco State College. This educational convention gives 1200 students the opportunity to enact how the UN organization works to maintain world peace. Includes scenes of organizers and delegates being interviewed and views of various committee meetings. The conference director Chandler Meloy states that: "Of course at San Francisco State College we're very happy that we're adding another great college to this community and I think it's going to be one of the great American colleges in the very near future."
