KPIX News report from March 7th 1967 by Jim Anderson from Market Street in downtown San Francisco, where a student from the College of Marin is rolling a giant balloon along the sidewalk, dressed in a fluorescent suit. Includes views of pedestrians looking at the student in (mostly good natured) bemusement. Anderson explains in voice over that the student is making a documentary film about Market Street and was trying to distract attention away from his own camera crew.
