Includes views of the construction site and an interview with PG&E's public relations spokesman Hal Stroube, who claims neglible amounts of radiation would be released into the environment by the plant. It should be noted that after a series of local protests, PG&E was forced to abandon it's plans in 1964 and the plant was never built.
