Members of the Grateful Dead had just been arrested for possession of marijuana, in their Haight Ashbury house. Includes brief views of the group, their manager and entourage leaving court and bass player of Phil Lesh being read his rights.

Yep. That's Rock Scully, who was the band's co-manager, along with Danny Rifkin. Phil Lesh wasn't busted because he wasn't in the house when the police showed up.
