Esta, Jack Aranson and people on the street, who discuss their attitude to theatre; Roma's New Shakespeare Company rehearsing 'Romeo and Juliet' in the Trinity Epsicopal Church, with Ted Lange playing Romeo; a rehearsal by the Interplayers company; Aransan rehearsing for 'The World of Dylan Thomas' on-stage at the City Theatre; rehearsals for ACT's production of Moliere's 'Tartuffe' with Rene Auberjonois and views of Hollywood actress Sylvia Sydney arriving at San Francisco Airport. This film was written and produced by Don Zavin and directed by Don Devendorf.

It was a particular treat to see the segment visiting The Interplayers where both my parents worked. Surprise bonus was the footage of my father, Wyman Spalding, in the dress rehearsal of "You Can't Take It With You." =:)
