"The more things change, the more things stay the same." (Donkey, "Animal Farm") Billy Graham was right then, and what he said is right now. No government can solve every problem, they are not meant to. Let the people, with their faith in God and their love for others, solve these problems. That'll lower govt expenditures quickly.
