Jobs for Hunters Point?

KRON News footage from October 6th 1966 in San Francisco's Bayview Hunters Point, less than one week after a major social uprising in the neighborhood caused the Governor to call out the National Guard. KRON's reporter asks Sylvester Brown: "What is the job situation now in Hunters Point? Have the offers that have been made in the past week been meaningful to you? Do you think that it's really helping any?" Brown replies: "There's nothing happened as far as job's concerned because ... Yesterday I saw myself a job that came here for 90 cents an hour ...
