Dino (1957)

A collaboration between KPIX's Education department and Mt. Diablo High School featuring a TV production of Reginald Rose's play 'Dino: A Play in Three Acts', which first aired on Ch.5 in San Francisco on March 31st 1957. Features fictional scenes from the rehabilitaion of Dino Falcaro, a 16 year old teenage youth who has just been released after 4 years confinement for his involvement in the killing of a security guard. The cast includes: Gary Espinosa as Dino Falcaro; Alan Ludlum as Mr. Madel; Jerry Hunt as Mr. Sheridan; Alice Gay as Shirley Wallace; Austin John as Mr. Falcaro; Geneta Spessard as Mrs. Falcaro and Dave Brockbank as Tony Falcaro. This TV drama was directed by Harvey Berman. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
