KRON-TV news footage from November 23rd 1966 featuring an interview with writer, comedian and filmmaker Woody Allen, who's promoting his latest movie release What's Up, Tiger Lily? and also his play that just premiered on Broadway: Don't Drink the Water. Allen provides a constant stream of outrageous replies to Ed Hart's questions and when asked if he represents the "new type of leading man in Hollywood," he responds: "Yes, I think I have what they call the new sex appeal." Allen goes on to explain his style of writing: "That's part of my technique, to keep it incoherent. And try and cash in on the apperance of meaningfulness." Ends with Allen describing his next public appearance in Las Vegas, after which he quips: "I'm going back to New York and I've decided to enter a nunnery." Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
