Mirikitani discusses Glide's long-term goal to help communities through providing human services, support groups and job development programs. She also talks about poverty, drug addiction, fundraising and reflects on the sheer diversity of Glide's extended family: "I think this place is very empowering for all people ... people see that they can come together, no matter what their differences.
