KTVU News footage from November 9th 1967 featuring scenes from a press conference in which two men (possibly members of the Black Panther Party) protest against the arrest of Huey P. Newton in October by police, his treatment after being shot (in Oakland's Highland Hospital) and incarceration in San Quentin prison. Ends with views of a group entering a police headquarters to complain and being turned away from entering an office by police. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
