KTVU News footage from January 4th 1968 featuring scenes of Senator Robert Kennedy speaking at San Francisco's Commonwealth Club about the prevailing zeitgeist in America. At one point he states: "Truly we seem to fulfill the vision of [W.B.] Yeats. Things fall apart. The center cannot hold. Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world." Also includes silent views of his audience and ends with Kennedy answering questions from the podium about the bombing of North Vietnam. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
