KRON-TV News footage from August 14th 1969 featuring views of local TV cameras crews following police into a San Francisco adult movie theater (the O'Farrell Theater, opened by the Mitchell brothers on July 4th). Surprised patrons are shown answering questions (with the movie still running) and covering their faces up. Ends with scenes of a police officer explaining that patrons will be charged under Section 220 of the municipal police code and theater owners under Section 311.2 of the penal code (which are all misdemeanors). He goes on to confirm these raids will continue and that there are currently 24 theaters of this type operating in the city. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
