Kennedy representing the Mitchell Brothers who states they are seeking to take out an injunction against the city to enjoin officials from "this scheme or conspiracy" to harrass "art theater owners in San Francisco" and try and drive them out of business. Also includes views of Jim Mitchell asserting his belief that: "I think I feel and our patrons feel that our films aren't obscene." Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
