Also includes brief scenes from a press conference by Mayor Joseph Alioto, who states he would support any ordinance banning topless dancing. Post provides a voiceover summarizing the recent history of topless dancing in North Beach, when: "Almost overnight San Francisco became the topless capital of the world," which includes many (exterior) views of topless bars in North Beach.
