KPIX News footage from October 23rd 1970 with reporter Dave Monsees featuring scenes from outside the Santa Cruz courthouse where John Linley Frazier is arraigned in front of Judge Donald O. May on five counts of murder. Includes views of the van that Linley arrived in and of reporters being frisked by security, before gaining entrance. Monsees states that attorney James Jackson is being appointed to represent Frazier. Note that John Linley Frazier (aka The Killer Prophet) was convicted of this crime and eventually hung himself in jail on August 13, 2009. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
