KPIX News footage from December 15th 1971 with reporter Mike Lee featuring scenes from Redwood City where John Linley Frazier is sentenced to the death penalty in front of Judge Charles S. Franich on five counts of first degree murder, for an incident last year in Soquel, CA. Includes an interview with prosecutor Peter Chang prior to the reading to the verdict, in which he states that Frazier received a fair trial, praises the jury for being diligent and expresses his belief that Frazier should receive the death penalty. Ends with brief, silent views of Frazier being led away by guards. Note that John Linley Frazier (aka The Killer Prophet) eventually hung himself in jail on August 13, 2009.
