KPIX News footage from June 22nd 1958 featuring silent views of Shah Muhammad Reza Pahlavi of Iran arriving at San Francisco Airport at the start of an informal visit to the U.S. and being greeted by Mayor George Christopher and other dignitaries. Note that this visit took place shortly after the Shah's divorce from his second wife Soraya Esfandiary-Bakhtiari, which officially ended on April 6th 1958. Movette Film Transfer of San Francisco remastered this 16mm positive film print in August 2017 in 2K resolution (2048x1556 pixels), using a Lasergraphics film scanner.
