John Vasconcellos describes Willie Brown’s impact on California politics and what Willie Brown will and should do after the speakership. He believes Willie Brown’s legacy will be the diversification of the house and staff. Also features part one of the interviews with Assemblywoman Gwen Moore and Assemblyman and Superintendent of Education, Jack O’Connell (for part two, see WB 154). Jack O’Connell describes Willie Brown as a good strategist, legislator, and best at creating an environment one can foster in. He describes how the Speaker has defined California politics and Willie Brown’s impact on people. Also includes interview with Assemblyman Bob Naylor.
