KPIX news footage from April 26th 1973 with reporter Peter Burns, featuring interviews with two of Edmund Kemper's neighbors in an apartment building on Alameda, CA, where he lived a year before confessing to a series of murders in the Santa Cruz area. Includes an interview with a woman who states she was Kemper's next door neighbor in the complex and comments that: "He was an average person. He blended in with everybody ... Hi! He lived in 916 Union St. in Alameda. You can google map and it still looks the same from the footage! 

Just curious if anyone knows what apartment he lived in. I am a bit grossed out to learn I live in the same building he did.
