KPIX news footage from April 26th 1973 with reporter Peter Burns, featuring interviews with two of Edmund Kemper's neighbors in an apartment building on Alameda, CA, where he lived a year before confessing to a series of murders in the Santa Cruz area. Includes an interview with a woman who states she was Kemper's next door neighbor in the complex and comments that: "He was an average person. He blended in with everybody ...
