Includes interview segment with reporter Cassandra Henderson and United States Secretary of Labor, Robert Reich, discussing the importance of an educated workforce, lifelong learning, and the new skills needed in the emerging economy. Summit presenters include: Gray Davis, Controller, State of California; Lawrence Picus, Professor of Education for the University of California; and Kelvin Lee, Chairman of the Coalition for Adequate School Housing.
