Presenter Bob Huelskamp, Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico, discusses the report, "Perspectives on Education in America,'' (May 1991) authored by analysts at Sandia as part of the Lab's contribution to raising the performance of the K-12 educational system in America
