KRON-TV news footage from April 25th 1973 featuring scenes from outside 609A Ord Street in Aptos, CA where the mortal remains of Clarnell Strandberg and Sally Hallett have been discovered by police. They were tipped off from a phone booth in Pueblo, CO by Edmund Kemper, who confessed to these killings and also claimed responsibility for the murders of several college co-eds. Includes views of street life and people hitch hiking in the Santa Cruz area, of police and district attorney Peter Chang working at the crime scene and a brief extract from an interview with Kemper's upstairs neighbor, who states: "Oh he was kind of an odd man. He didn't say much. He seemed like kind of a momma's boy. I always was kind of afraid of him, actually. He scared me a lot. And I heard him and his mother argue quite a bit. All the time."
