Includes views of many residents attending a session of the Marin County Planning Commission at the Marin Civic Center and interview with Ms. Fernandez who represents local residents opposed to the site on Lucas Valley Road, approximately 5 miles west of higway 101 north of San Rafael, on land which used to be the old Grady Ranch.
