A KTVU news report by Rob Roth from December 1st 1997 featuring a ceremony and commemorations for World AIDS Day at the National AIDS Memorial Grove in Golden Gate Park. Includes views of Dianne Feinstein and Willie Brown and speeches by Helen Miramontes (whose son lives with AIDS) and the grove's Executive Director Thom Weyand. There are also interviews with Bob Holloway, the partner of William K. "Billy" Horton (1955-1988), who passed away from AIDS and Phyllis Gomez, whose son Michael Gomez also died from AIDS.
