KRON-TV news footage featuring scenes of hippies, counter culture types and pretty much everyone else dancing together in Golden Gate Park on August 28th 1967. The Grateful Dead can be heard and seen briefly in the background, playing 'Viola Lee Blues 'for the wake of Hells Angel Chocolate George. Opens with silent views of people hanging out in Haight Ashbury. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
