KRON-TV news footage from February 27th 1968 with reporter Art Brown in Berkeley, where Founding Chairman and national organizer of the Black Panther Party Bobby Seale and his wife Artie Seale (together with "four of their friends") were arraigned on charges of illegal possession of a sawn off shotgun. Includes views from a press conference in which Bobby Seale and his attorney Charles Garry contest these charges and complain about police conduct during the arrest last Sunday.
