KRON-TV news footage from April 28th 1969 featuring brief scenes from a press conference with Founding Chairman and National Organizer of the Black Panther Party Bobby Seale and Communications Secretary Kathleen Cleaver. Seale disputes the idea that the Black Panthers represent a threat to the community and cites three of their programs as evidence to the contrary: breakfast for children, free health clinics and community control of police.
