KRON-TV news footage from June 11th 1970 with reporter Mike Mills featuring brief scenes from a press conference by attorney Charles Garry, who is defending Los Siete de la Raza in their trial for the muder of SFPD officer Joe Brodnik. Judge Joseph Karesh has just left the trial after 13 weeks, which has been reassigned to Judge Laurence Mana by the Presiding Judge Robert Drewes and Garry believes his clients can't get a fair trial: "I feel that the defendants have been denied fundamental due process of law."
