Judge Joseph Karesh has just left the trial after 13 weeks, which has been reassigned to Judge Laurence Mana by the Presiding Judge Robert Drewes and Garry believes his clients can't get a fair trial: "I feel that the defendants have been denied fundamental due process of law."
