KPIX-TV news footage from November 1st 1979 featuring brief views of Jello Biafra, singer for the punk rock band Dead Kennedys, campaigning in San Francisco in the mayoral elections. Includes views of supporters chanting "Jello! Jello!" and an interview in which Biafra states: "We should create a Board of Bribery, to set public standards." Note that Biafra eventually finished 3rd in this election, with 6591 votes. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
