This ordinance is apparently still not officially in effect and a restraining order against police intervention has not been lifted. Includes extended voice-over summary of the current situation by Lee and views of street artists, customers and pedestrians around Union Square in downtown San Francisco. This 16mm film print was remastered in 4K (4096 x 2970) using a Lasergraphics ScanStation film scanner, in June 2022.
