Note: we don't have a precise date for when this interview took place. Leon Uris gave a speech at the Fairmont Hotel on June 30, 1959 as part of a benefit dinner for the Israeli Institute of Technology at Haifa, so would've definitely been in San Francisco then.
This 16mm film print was remastered in 4K (4096 x 2970) using a Lasergraphics ScanStation film scanner, in June 2022.
