Beatlemania outside Cow Palace (1965)

KRON-TV news fotoage from August 31, 1965 with reporter Art Brown featuring scenes of The Beatles arriving in San Francisco to play two shows at the Cow Palace. Includes silent views of crowds, of young women running around security guards and a brief interview with an overwrought fan, who is weeping behind a chainlink fence. She cries: "Oh please let me see Paul!" and when Brown asks: "What good do you think this would do?" she screams in response: "So I could show him I love him!" Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
