We have no paperwork associated with this footage and currently don't know in what context Garrett Jr. - who was the General Counsel for Synanon at the time - is speaking. This 16mm negative film print was transferred in 4K (4096 x 2970) using a Lasergraphics ScanStation film scanner, in January 2023.
