There is a press conference with Thomas Nikolopoulos (State Superintendent of Mediation) and Ralph Hartley (Research Director for the California Nurses Association), who both comment on the current status of negotiations. Includes silent views of the negotiating teams in session and a separate interview with Hartley in a corridor. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
This 16mm b&w positive reversal film print was transferred in 4K (4096 x 2970) using a Lasergraphics ScanStation film scanner, in July 2023.
