Includes views of the nurses picket line and interviews with nurses spokesperson "Courtney", who is quick to correct Arnow's referral to the "emergency room," by pointing out: "It's called a treatment room!" and with Mr. Booth for the hospital, who explains that volunteers and supervisors are caring for patients.
