KTVU special interest report by Johnny Barnes Selvin from July 1983 called "Tammy", featuring "the story of youth, pregnancy and birth" in the life of a 15 year old girl called Tammy. Includes interviews with family, her boyfriend Richard Stevens and staff at the Booth Memorial Home for Pregnant Teenagers in Oakland; details about what happened to Tammy over the past 2-years, including her being gang-raped and a brief coda, in which we learn that Tammy gave birth to twins on April 15, 1983 and is now married to Stevens. This Saturday Night Special was produced by Selvin, editied by Bill Longen and directed by Phil Bender. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
