Photograph of a limbo contest at the Sigma Pi Sigma's 17th annual Bonecrusher's Ball in 1962. Students danced to doo-wop music of "The Drifters," and entertainment included the folk group "Faux Pas," singing by Tina Hermenson, and African dance representatives of San Francisco State College's International Show. Noreen Gilman was awarded "1962 Sweetheart of Sigma Pi Sigma." This service fraternity was formed in May 1937 and established in May 1938 to serve the student body and boost College spirit.
