Photograph of five students of Natural Dancing program. Natural Dancing was a class offered after Folk Dancing was introduced and taught by Miss Sarah Farrell. At a time when many dancers were expanding repertoire to include natural movement from Greece, Spain, Italy, and Asia, San Francisco State Teachers College introduced a course Physical Education 15, "Natural Dancing," that was the study of the natural movements of the body in stationary and locomotive positions.
