Photographic spread students that participated in Franciscan Day assembly on February 14, 1929 at San Francisco State Teachers College. The assembly was held to announce the "Lavender and Lace" theme for the 1929 Franciscan yearbook. Photographs show students in period costumes: Eunice Humphreys and Esther Wacholder (1776), Claire Grimes and Vivian Walsh (1850) Fannie Salomon (1890), Elizabeth Boland (1902), Margaret McDougall (1929), and Betty Pinney (1950).
