About This Item

Photographic spread of San Francisco State College's "College Y" program to aid students in realizing more from their college experience while attending and after leaving school. College Y offered a range of programs for students and faculty on how to study, leadership training, travel center, overseas students services, fireside forums, and an intercultural discussion group. In 1964, the program was first offered in the spring semester and introduced San Francisco State's Peace Corps Information Center and a Housing Program for international students.
