Photographic spread of the Santa Rosa Center, which was an experimental satellite campus located in Santa Rosa, California (most likely the test for Sonoma State University that was established in 1961). The Santa Rosa Center was established in 1953 under the direction of George E. McCabe to foster close student-faculty relationships. Its graduates included Arletta Atles, Julius Barndt, Barbara Call, Robert Devilbliss, Thomas Dubay, Valery Karkov, Arthur Tingley Jr., and Dorothy Tuttle. It had its own student government comprised of Tom Uland (student body president), and Joyce Byse (vice president).
