About This Item
Iwai YOZAEMON (active early 17th c - ): The style of the armour is somewhat old fashioned. It was was made as a gift for the English king from Shogon Tokagawa Hidetada. In 1613 it was brought from Japan by Captain John Sares of the East India Company.
